The Fin respects your privacy and security and our retail store and Internet sites are meant to be of service to you. We record a variety of information from your visit to our stores and/or Internet sites in order to provide you with the best products, timely information, and quality customer service. When you order a product from our website you are asked to become a registered user at which time you are asked to provide your name, address, birth date, email, and telephone number. Some of this information is used by The Fin for internal book keeping, some of this information is used to process your order more efficiently, and some of this information is used by The Fin to notify our registered users with updates to our websites and any newsletters and monthly sales advertisements we send out. You can opt out of our email newsletters at any time. In order to process orders, process payments, and operate our website to its fullest potential The Fin may occasionally need to share a customers personal information with a third party.  These service providers have agreed to protect your privacy in accordance with this policy but they also have their own privacy policies that you are encouraged to read when presented to you.

If required by law The Fin may disclose personal information we may have to a qualified law enforcement or government agency. The Fin will require the requesting agency to provide us with any and all subpoenas, warrants, or court orders, and proof of identity of all law enforcement officials making the request.

In accordance with federal law The Fin does not knowingly request or collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13 you are welcome to browse our store or website, but you are not able to use any part of our website that collects personal information including, but not limited to, product ordering and email newsletters. If we find that The Fin has collected information from children under the age of 13 we will immediately undertake to remove the information from the system.
